Neoprene foam seals

Due to the excellent airtightness and watertightness properties of expanded neoprene foam (also known as neoprene sponge), it is widely used in the automotive, electronics and construction industries. It is also a very good material for joining expansion joints, weather strips, glazing and closing gaskets and shock absorbers. Thanks to its properties, it is also suitable for meeting the requirements for thermal insulation of elements such as garage door seals.

We supply neoprene foam rubber straps to many organizations as well as individuals. The adhesive backing can be added to any strip of neoprene wetsuit. Neoprene foam strips provide excellent sealing in many applications. VERMET often supplies a range of plain or self-adhesive neoprene foam strips with backing to address issues such as airflow control, cushioning, water leaks and vibration issues. In addition, due to the fantastic aging properties of closed cell neoprene foam, this means that the sealing strip will not fail when exposed to a specific application for extended periods of time.

Our neoprene foam products are available in thicknesses ranging from 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm , 25 mm, 30 mm up to 40 mm thick. Neoprene sponge cord and neoprene foam cord are also readily available from our company.
