Gaskets made of a gasket plate

We present high-quality gaskets made of asbestos-free plates made with the use of modern eccentric presses, water jet cutters and circular shears. We cut them primarily with specialized shape cutters based on our own documentation or provided to us by the customer, thanks to which they are characterized by a precise form and structure.

The plates we use for the production of gaskets come only from proven, reputable manufacturers, such as POLONIR ŁÓDŹ, GAMBIT LUBAWKA, KLINGERSIL, FRENZELIT or TEMAC. In some cases, we also use asbestos-free thermal insulation cardboard.

Characteristics of gaskets made of the gasket plate:

• operation in a wide range of pressures and temperatures
• depending on the type of plate selected, operating temperature up to 800 degrees C, pressure up to 20 MPa
• most types of boards are resistant to: oils, weak acids, bases, water
• durability and mechanical strength
• excellent gas tightness
• thermal resistance

Thanks to these parameters, our gaskets are perfect even in very demanding conditions. They are suitable for working with both cold and hot liquids, with steam, alcohols, chemicals, etc.
